Frequently asked questions

We welcome every application and aim to communicate as transparently as possible before you apply. We've already answered the most popular questions about the application process at Evamo right here for you. If anything is still not clear after this, please feel free to contact us.

Please submit it only through the Evamo applicant portal or our Step Stone profile, as you need to confirm the privacy policy. We unfortunately cannot accept applications on paper.

We need an informative résumé as well as training certificates and job references. A letter of motivation gives us a more complete impression, but is not required.

That would be great. In this case, with your approval, we will include you in our pool of candidates and contact you directly as soon as a suitable position becomes available. Nevertheless, please continue to keep checking the current offers on our job portal.

Of course. In your application, simply include which positions and locations you are considering.

The best time is now. We recommend that you apply as soon as you see a position at Evamo that you are interested in.

You'll receive confirmation that we have received your application – so you'll know right away if everything worked well. If your application does not fit the job at all, you'll receive a letter of rejection and you can perhaps try again for another job opening at a later date. If the initial review shows that your qualifications match the job profile, we will forward your application to the specific department. If this department is also interested, we will invite you to a first interview via Teams. During a possible second meeting we will then get to know each other on site.

If the advertised position requires English language skills, we will carry out parts of our interview in English.

For reasons of insurance and capacity, we do not offer any work trials.

Other than for our trainee positions, we do not use any recruitment procedures.

If you have an ongoing employment contract – don't worry: We will naturally treat your application with absolute confidentiality.

So that we can get a sense of what you have in mind and estimate whether we can make you a reasonable offer.
